Every Rise Reformer ships free. There are no freight surcharges, and no extra charge for residential delivery.
Where it ships from and how long it takes
The reformer ships from our US warehouse. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered by freight carrier in 7–14 business days from the ship date for most US addresses, and 10–18 business days for Canadian addresses. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the shipment is booked.
Freight delivery: what to expect
- The reformer ships as a single palletized crate. The carrier will call or text you to schedule a delivery window before they arrive.
- Delivery is curbside or to your door (ground floor). Carriers do not carry the crate inside or upstairs, and do not assemble it. The crate is heavy; plan for two people to move it.
- Inspect the crate before signing. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt and email us photos within 48 hours so we can replace any damaged parts at no cost.
Assembly
Assembly takes 20–30 minutes with the included tools and the illustrated guide. Two people make it faster.
Customs and duties
US orders ship domestically with no duties. For Canadian orders, any import duties or taxes assessed at the border are the responsibility of the recipient.
