Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed. Shop Pay Installments are offered by Affirm to eligible buyers; eligibility, rates and terms are set by Affirm at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order if the product is unavailable, if the order appears fraudulent, or if a pricing error occurred; you will be notified by email.

4. Safe use
The Rise Reformer is exercise equipment. Assemble it according to the included guide, use it on a flat, level floor, and respect the stated maximum user weight. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or have a medical condition. The 4-week beginner program included with your purchase is general guidance and is not medical advice.
5. Products
We display the product as accurately as we can, but wood grain and screen colour vary. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site is our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have under the law of the place where you live.
